Meet the staff
tIM fLICKER, dpt
Tim Flicker is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a native of Pocatello. He graduated in 2004 from Idaho State University after attending school in Southern California and Wisconsin. He has advanced training in balance, fall prevention, orthopedics, and geriatric therapy. Tim decided to start his own therapy practice, Flicker Physical Therapy, after working as a Home Health Rehab Specialty Director and Outpatient Therapist. He enjoys home health and outpatient therapy. "There are few things as gratifying as helping people through a difficult situation to get their independence back."
Tim enjoys coaching and playing soccer, mountain biking, skiing, and outdoor adventures and ISU games with his wife and two children. He appreciates the people and outdoor recreation in Southeast Idaho and loves working in this area.
mICHAEL fOLEY, MPT
Mike has been a wonderful aspect of Flicker Physical Therapy for over a year now. He has over 20 years of experience working in a variety of physical therapy settings. Mike is also a Physical Therapy Educator at Idaho State University. Mike chose to work at Flicker Physical Therapy because he wanted to provide quality physical therapy. He enjoys working with the staff at Flicker Physical Therapy and loves working with the patients.
pAM MCBRIDE, PTA
With 9 years of experience in physical therapy, Pam has a wealth of knowledge and a unique ability to understand her patients. She is skilled at explaining how to use muscles so our bodies can be feeling better. She is kind, considerate, caring and gives her patients the one-on-one care they need and deserve. Pam has 7 grown children and she loves spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She also loves serving her community through her church and American Legion Baseball.
bREKELL VAUGHAN, PTA
Brekell graduated from the PTA program in 2004 just a few months after her 1st son was born. She now has 4 kids: 3 boys and 1 girl ranging in ages from 14 to 7. Brekell has been working in physical therapy for almost 15 years now and been doing home health for just over 12 years. She spends a lot of time supporting her kids in all their sports and activities including baseball, football, basketball, soccer, and gymnastics. In her free time, she loves to exercise, read, and spend time on the water boating and doing anything else that brings her and her family closer.
mELISSA BRAKE, PTA
Melissa earned her Associate's of Applied Science and graduated as a physical therapy assistant from Idaho State University in 2009. Her hobbies include volleyball, soccer, and spending time with her family. She loves her job because she loves to see patients improve and progress. She loves to see them getting back to the activities they enjoy doing.
Brandon Johnson, PTA
Brandon graduated from Idaho State University in May of 2015 with a Bachelor's of Science in Health Sciences and an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant. He is fluent in Spanish after serving a 2 year mission in Mexico and now lives in Pocatello with his wife and children.
CONNIE C., FRONT OFFICE
Connie is typically the first face patients see when they come into the office. She loves greeting the patients and knowing each of them by name. Connie loves to explore all the beauty that Idaho has to offer. She recently moved to Pocatello from Elko, Nevada and is excited to get to know the wonderful surrounding areas. Connie enjoys visiting her grandchildren and hearing their playful giggles.
Ryan l., PT Tech
Ryan is currently working on getting a BS degree in BIology at ISU. Following obtaining his BS degree he hopes to get accepted into PA school. Ryan is living in Pocatello with his wife. He loves working with patients and helping them get better. Ryan also enjoys skiing, dirt biking, and wood working.
rYAN HENDRICKS, dpt
Ryan grew up just outside of Seattle, WA, in the town of Puyallup. He obtained his Bachelor's of Arts in Religious and Global Studies in 2003 and later received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from ISU in 2014.
Ryan loves anything outdoors including basketball, ultimate frisbee, and hiking with his family. He loves spending time with his wife and four children.

MARY VANORDEN, pta
After graduating from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at ISU in 2004, Mary started out working for the University of Montana as a physical therapist assistant in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. Since coming back to Southeastern Idaho, she has gained over 13 years of experience working in both outpatient and home health physical therapy as a physical therapy assistant. This has made her very familiar with many different chronic diseases and injuries as well as the challenges people face in their homes and their day-to-day lives. Mary is also a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. She loves to spend time with her 8 year old son and be outside including, hunting, fishing, hiking, horseback riding and running.
Camille Jensen, PTA
Camille graduated from ISU with her Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assisting. Camille loves being a PTA because she says, "I love being able to help people to physically get back to doing the things that they love and helping them to accomplish their goals. I also love getting to know people and to really understand who they are and what is important to them so that I can know the best way to help them accomplish their goals. " Camille loves spending time with her family, reading, watching football and basketball, traveling, and anything Disney.
TRECIA BUTT, PTA
Trecia graduated from Idaho State University in May 2015 with her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant. She obtained the Dean's list each semester at ISU and was active in the National Honor Society throughout high school and college. Trecia actively volunteers in church and community activities and enjoys playing sports including co-ed soccer and softball. She has a 4 month old daughter and she and her husband currently own and operate a cattle ranch in Blackfoot, Idaho.
Christina Barker, PTA
Christina has 5 years of PTA experience and has worked in outpatient, pediatric, inpatient, and home health therapy settings. She enjoys working with people one on one and finding therapeutic strategies that work with their unique needs. Before earning her AA in Physical Therapist Assistant from Idaho State University, Christina earned a Bachelors of Science in Wildlife Resources from the University of Idaho. She worked, primarily with avian species, as a transient wildlife field technician throughout the US and parts of the world. Christina loves to share her love of the outdoors with her husband and daughter. She spends her free time playing in the local areas and nearby mountains.
KRISTIN F., OFFICE COORDINATOR
Kristin is the life blood of Flicker Physical Therapy. She loves getting to know patients and is happy to answer any of your questions about insurance benefits and scheduling.
Kristin enjoys being outside, traveling, playing games with her husband and two kids, reading and going to Christian music concerts. She is also a big Idaho State Bengals fan.

Natalie is currently working on pursuing a BS degree in Public Health while working at Flicker Physical Therapy part-time. She hopes to one day complete a Master's Degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Biological Sciences. Natalie loves working with patients and getting to know them. In her free time Natalie enjoys reading, running, playing softball, and hiking.
